Acceptable Use & AI Content Policy

Voice Studio, Lip-Sync, Story Mode and the AI actor features may only be used with material you own or have documented permission to use. By uploading or generating with them you confirm that:

• any voice sample is your own voice, or you hold the speaker's written, informed and revocable consent for synthetic reproduction;
• any face, body or on-camera footage is your own, or you hold the depicted person's written consent for synthetic animation, lip-sync or re-voicing;
• you hold the rights to any product imagery, music, brand assets and scripts you supply;
• consent covers the specific commercial use you intend, and you can evidence it.

We do not permit cloning the voice or likeness of any person without that consent — including public figures, celebrities, politicians and deceased individuals.

You may not use Hook Ledger, or any output from it, to create or distribute:

• impersonation or deepfakes of real people, brands, officials or organisations, including fake endorsements, fake testimonials and fabricated statements;
• political, electoral or public-interest content that could mislead about who is speaking, or synthetic media of candidates and officials;
• fraud, scams, phishing, fake stores, counterfeit goods, cloaking, or misrepresented affiliate offers;
• guaranteed-income, "get rich quick", MLM recruitment or any earnings claims you cannot substantiate;
• sexual content, content involving minors, hate speech, harassment, violent extremism, or content promoting self-harm or illegal activity;
• medical, legal, financial or other regulated advice presented as professional guidance;
• content that infringes copyright, trade marks, database rights or personality rights.

Hook copy, captions, narration, images and video produced in Hook Ledger are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, generic or unsuitable for your context. You are responsible for reviewing every output before publishing it, for verifying any factual or product claim, and for making the disclosures required by the platform you post on and by law in your market — for example, labelling synthetic media and clearly marking affiliate or sponsored content.

Analytics in Hook Ledger measure what your own links and orders actually did. They are reporting tools, not a promise of results, and nothing in the product should be read as a forecast of income.

If you believe content created or hosted through Hook Ledger infringes your rights, or uses your voice or likeness without consent, email support@gethookledger.com with the content reference, your rights basis, and contact details. We aim to acknowledge within one business day, remove or restrict verified material promptly, and inform the account holder.

We may review, filter, restrict or remove content and refuse generations that appear to breach this policy, and we may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated breaches — including repeat infringement of third-party rights. Where a decision affects your content you can appeal once per item from the item itself and track the outcome under /appeals. Nothing here obliges us to monitor all content, and enforcement does not limit our other rights under the Terms.
