Refund Policy

If Hook Ledger is not right for you, you can request a full refund of your most recent subscription payment within 30 days of the order date. You do not need to give a reason — a change of mind is enough.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method through Stripe. To request one:

• email us at support@gethookledger.com with your order reference and we will arrange it for you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank usually shows the money within 5–10 business days.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from Billing in your account, or through the customer portal link on your invoice. Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for. If a renewal charged you unexpectedly, contact us within 30 days and we will refund it.

One-off credit packs for AI generation (video, voice, image, and audit runs) are refundable within 30 days for the portion of credits you have not yet spent. Credits already consumed have been paid out to the underlying AI providers, so they cannot be returned — but if a generation failed on our side we top your credits back up at no cost.

If a feature did not work as described, tell us at support@gethookledger.com before requesting a refund. We normally reply within one business day and will either fix the problem or refund you.

Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights available in your country.
